Street foods are more than just something to pick up in hurry when you are hungry and walking around a city. It is emotion, surprise and innovation. there are people who sell their specialities in the middle of the street in trolleys and even though they are street vendors . The urban food truck and mobile restaurant providing some best food items by hiring the food chefs. They challenge themselves to create fast recipes that can be made right in front of our eyes, opening themselves up to the unlimited possibilities relatively at low cost.
One has a good option to start selling street foods or prepare food cart which requires minimum investment to earn his livelihood. The dream is open to anyone, because the initial investment is minimal compared to the capital needed to start a traditional restaurant with four walls. it’s worthwhile spending some time moving round the city and having a look at the trendy eateries, to get an idea of how tastes are changing, and what people like.
Some street foods are regional, but many have spread beyond their region of origin. Street food vending is found all around the world, but varies greatly between regions and cultures. According to a 2007 study from food and agriculture organisation, 2.5 billion people eat street food every day.
